Client Services Transitions Analyst

Our client, a highly regarded asset management house is seeking a Client Services Transitions Analyst to join their Client Management department in the heart of London.

You will play a pivotal role to facilitate the relationships between the firm and their clients specifically relating to the on-boarding and off-boarding of clients ensuring first class service at all times.

Description

  • Attending pipeline meetings with Transitions Manager and Client Management teams to understand the up-coming client activity.
  • Assist with the planning and management of transition events, including leading issue resolution or escalation where required.
  • Work closely with the Client Investment Managers, acting as an internal and external contact for all segregated client related queries.
  • Facilitate the sharing of key client information across all of the firm's stakeholders and assisting with the accurate and timely updating of briefing notes.
  • Identify, agree and implement improvements to the transition processes, whilst ensuring existing procedures and checklists are adhered to and completed.
  • Act as the primary contact for clients' day to day queries, coordinating with internal teams to ensure client needs are manageable and met in a timely manner.
  • Contribute to the planning of client trips, identifying key meetings and ensuring all clients receive the appropriate level of service.
  • When required, assist in the management of relevant prospect activity including the coordination of RFPs and overseeing the completion of any general queries.
  • Responsible for the client take-on process from appointment and contract stage to funding as well as ongoing client changes.
  • Ensure all correspondence with clients are dealt with appropriately and in a timely manner and filed accordingly.
  • Record management for the appropriate client segment, including updating and maintaining data bases, and all folders within the client drives.

Profile

  • Ideally 3-4 years' experience of working in the investment industry within client based capacity
  • Good understanding of Asset Management operations
  • Experience of managing client on and off boarding
  • Project management qualification an advantage
  • Experience of dealing with external service providers
  • Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills
  • Either hold or be working towards industry recognised qualifications - IOC or IMC
  • Strong communication skills
  • Client focus with the drive to provide the best level of service at all times
